Do I need to place an order for pies?
No! All our products are sold frozen and our freezers are kept well stocked. Just come in and stock up.  We do take orders for our freshly baked scones.  Please call in advance or leave a message on our phone machine after hours.  We are not able to accommodate orders requested for same day pick up.
Do you ship?

We are working on it!  Hopefully we will be able to launch our on line store in the Spring of  2024.  Stay tuned!
Are there baking instructions on the pies?
Yes!  All baking instructions, ingredients and allergy alerts are listed on all our labels - along with our phone number in case you have any questions! (if you don't have baking instructions preheat your oven to 350 degrees, place the frozen pie on a cookie sheet, brush the top crust with water and sprinkle with sugar.  Bake for about 1 hour or until crust is golden brown and juices are bubbling.)
Do I have to defrost the pie first before baking?
No! All our frozen, ready to bake pies are meant to go right from the freezer to the oven.  Do not defrost them first!
How long will the pie last once it is baked?
Our fruit pies may be safely left at room temperature for 24 hrs once they are baked.  After that they will last for five days refrigerated.
Do you make sugar free pies?
No.  We do not use any artificial ingredients so all our pies do contain cane sugar.
Are your products safe for people with nut allergies?
We do not use any peanuts, peanut butter or peanut oil here.  We do use pecans, walnuts, almonds, pistachios and there is almond oil in our cherry pie.
Do you make Gluten Free products?

No. We do not have any dedicated space in which to produce them free from flour cross contamination
